Registration

1. Download and print the Application for Registration Form (ARF). Please fill out all the needed information and make sure that your e-mail address, mobile numbers, and telephone numbers are correct. You will receive auction notifications through SMS, as well as registration approval through e-mail. Please sign the first and second page of the form.

2. Scan then e-mail the Application for Registration Form to online@aia-auction.com together with your valid-government issued ID.

Note: Corporate buyers shall be required to present a Board Resolution or Secretary’s Certificate for their authorized representatives upon registration. Likewise, a Special Power of Attorney shall be required for individuals representing a sole proprietor or another individual.

3. You will receive further instructions on how to complete the registration and bank details on where you could deposit/transfer the refundable or deductible bid deposit of PHP 250,000. Please send a scanned copy of the deposit slip to online@aia-auction.com.

4. Our approving officer will review and confirm your requirements. You will receive a text message and an email once registration has been approved. Please check your email for your unique bidder number and password to access our Online Auction System and join the bidding.

Note: Please keep your Bidder Number and Password confidential and do not share it with anyone. All transactions performed using your account credentials will be treated as valid.

1. Present a valid-government issued ID at the Registration Counter then fill out and sign the Application for Registration Form (ARF).

2. Pay the refundable or deductible bid deposit of PHP 250,000 in Cash, Manager’s/Cashier’s Check or Personal Check (subject to clearing) payable to ASIA INTERNATIONAL AUCTIONEERS, INC. at the Cashier.

3. Upon successful registration, you will receive a Bid Book and Listing Catalog as well as a text message and email with your unique bidder number and password to access our Online Auction System. Computer Stations will be available onsite for your convenience.

Note: Please keep your Bidder Number and Password confidential and do not share it with anyone. All transactions performed using your account credentials will be treated as valid.

Inspection

2. Choose from either Live Auction Stocks / Bid Up Auction Stocks

Under the Search Filter, you may select Body Type, Make, Model, Engine or Lot Number to narrow search results for your preferred types of units. You may also opt to click on the page numbers below for unfiltered browsing.

3. Click on a specific lot to view more photos, unit demo / inspection videos, and specifications.

Note: Once successfully registered, you may gain access to our Online Auction System with more features for easy browsing and bidding such as adding items to your Watchlist.

We encourage you to also personally inspect your chosen trucks and equipment onsite to ensure that the units fit your requirements.

1. Ask for a Location Map, Auction Schedule and other guidelines at the Counter or Key Station.

2. List down all the Lot Numbers of the units you would like to view and perform stationary testing on.

3. Proceed to the Key Station to provide the list of units you would like to inspect. One of our designated personnel will assist you for stationary inspection. We also encourage you to bring your trusted mechanic to carry out physical and functional inspection of the units.

Note: Every unit is sold “As Is, Where Is”. There are no guarantees nor warranties, expressed or implied, on all units.

Auction

ONLINE LIVE AUCTION (TRUCKS & EQUIPMENT)

AIA’s Online Live Bid Up+ Auction is an upgraded web-based auction in which items / lots are sold through live bidding. Lots are sold one by one according to lot number at our online auction system. Bidders may follow the Live Auction progress at their online account and place their bids in real time. Bidding for each lot is continuous until the item is declared sold to the last and highest bidder.

HOW TO JOIN THE LIVE AUCTION

1. Log in to our secured bidding portal using your Bidder Number and Password e-mailed to you upon successful registration:Online Live Bid Up+ Auction System

2. Before the auction begins, click Browse Units, and click on each Lot to view unit specifications, pictures/videos, and auction schedule.

Tip: You have an option to add units to your Watchlist (★) for easier monitoring.

Take note of the lot numbers you are interested in and its auction date.



3. On auction day, access your account and click Live Auction. Items will be auctioned in sequence starting from the first lot according to the daily schedule.

4. Once a unit is opened for bidding, its status will indicate ACCEPTING BIDS. Turn your audio volume up to listen to the current Asking Price and follow the price increments simultaneously being shown onscreen.


5. Enable the Bid Activation Button ( ) and click BID to place a bid at the Asking Price.

6. Once you click BID, the bid status will be shown onscreen below the Current Highest Bid Price.


7. Bidding will continue until the lot is sold to the last and highest bidder. To win, you must be the highest bidder during the FINAL CALL to win your preferred unit. Once the countdown has ended and unit is declared SOLD, bids for that unit will not be accepted anymore. The sale for that unit thereon is FINAL.


Important Note: The Bid Activation Button ( ) will automatically be disabled after each lot is declared sold. The Bidder duly acknowledges and confirms that upon turning on the Bid Activation Button ( ) and subsequent clicking of the BID button, no further confirmation/action shall be required for him/her to be responsible for his/her bid entered.

Please be advised that there is strictly no cancellation of bids and all bids are final. Bidder has the sole responsibility to monitor his/her bids.

ONLINE BID UP AUCTION (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

AIA’s Bid Up Auction is a sale of units starting at a base price. Units will not be paraded for auction but may be viewed onsite or online. Bidders may place their bids in increments through AIA’s web-based platform from the time bidding opens until the units’ closing time. Bidding time may extend depending on the entry of bids. Units will be sold to the last and highest bidder. Please refer to the closing schedule for your guide.

HOW TO JOIN THE BID UP AUCTION


1. Log in to our secured bidding portal using your Bidder Number and Password e-mailed to you upon successful registration: Online Live Bid Up+ Auction System

2. Browse the Bid Up Auction Stocks and click on each Lot to view unit specifications, pictures/videos, its current Asking Price and Bid Time Remaining.

Tip: You have an option to add units to your Watchlist (★) for easier monitoring.


3. Click on the Lot you would like to bid on to view the Current Highest Bid, the Asking Price of the unit and Bid Time Remaining. Click the "Bid Now" button if you want to bid at the Asking Price.


4. A confirmation form will pop up showing you the Lot Number and Amount that you are about to bid. Review the information and click the "Confirm Bid" button to place your bid.


Important: You must click the "Confirm Bid" button on the pop-up form for your bid to become valid.


OPTION TO PLACE MAXIMUM BID

5. Monitor the status of your bid and its closing time at your Bid List. Unit will be awarded to the last and highest bidder at the conclusion of bidding. Please take note of the bidding time and closing schedule of your desired units.

Note: If there are any successful bids within thelast five (5) minutes of the closing time, the auctionperiod will be automatically extended by 5 minutes from the last successful bid. After a total of thirty (30) minute extension and bid/s is/are still entered, the automatic extension shall be reduced to three (3) minutes from the last successful bid. Resultantly, the auction may be extended multiple times, thus the closing time initially indicated may change depending on the entry of bids. This assures that all bidders will have the opportunity to counter any last-minute bids on a unit.

Important: Please be advised that there is strictly no cancellation of bids and all bids are final. Bidder has the sole responsibility to monitor his/her bids.

1. Bidding Kiosk / Computer Stations are available onsite for your convenience. You may have one of our personnel assist you in placing your bid through our Online Auction System.

Reminder: Use of Bidding Kiosk/Computer Station shall be on a first come, first served basis.

2. Check the Bidder Number and Password e-mailed to you upon successful registration.

3. Fill out and sign the Bid Up Form with your Bidder Number, Password, Lot Numbers you would like to bid on and your Maximum Bid Amount for each unit.

4. Monitor the status of your bids during the actual auction. Unit will be awarded to the last and highest bidder.

Important: Please be advised that there is strictly no cancellation of bids and all bids are final. Bidder has the sole responsibility to monitor his/her bids.

Pull Out

1. After the auction period, log in to your account again to download your Notice of Award.

Note: Unsuccessful bidders may request for the refund of their bid deposit by submitting a request for refund letter with complete bank details to online@aia-auction.com signed by the registered bidder with an attachment of their deposit slip.

2. Within the prescribed payment period, you may either pay in Cash/Manager's Check (payable to ASIA INTERNATIONAL AUCTIONEERS, INC.) onsite during pullout or you may deposit/transfer the full payment to AIA’s account prior pullout. Once deposited, please e-mail the validated deposit slip to online@aia-auction.com with your Bidder Number and Name.

Note: For payment through financing, please have your financing company send us the Credit Advice within the payment period.

3. During pullout, if the registered buyer will not be present and will only assign a representative (e.g. Driver/Mechanic) for the removal of units, we will require a valid ID and an accomplished Authorization to Pullout Form before we release the documents and units.

4. Buyers must fill out the transfer of ownership form for the Deed of Sale during pullout. If the owner indicated in the Transfer of Ownership / Deed of Sale is not available or present to sign the documents, we will require a notarized Special Power of Attorney (for individuals / sole proprietors) / Secretary's Certificate (for corporations) authorizing the representative to sign the Deed of Sale, as well as a copy of the buyer’s valid ID with three specimen signatures

Important: Please take note of the Payment and Pullout Schedule. Removal and pull out of units/items is the buyers’ responsibility. You may choose any preferred trucking/shipping company to bring your units/items to its/their intended final destination.
