27 Years of Moving
the Philippines Forward
A heartfelt message of gratitude to every bidder, partner, and believer who helped build what AIA is today and a promise for the years ahead.
27 years ago, Asia International Auctioneers, Inc. opened its yard in Subic Bay Freeport Zone with a simple but deeply held conviction: to provide Filipino entrepreneurs across all sectors with direct access to premium-grade trucks and heavy equipment at a fair and honest price. From local contractors to multinational logistics firms, our mission has been to level the playing field for businesses of every scale.
As we commemorate 27 years of definitive industry leadership, that founding conviction remains absolute. We continue to empower the builders of our nation with the vital assets required to drive sustainable operational growth.
Our shared journey has seen its share of obstacles. Together, we weathered economic shifts, unprecedented lockdowns, and highly unpredictable markets. Through every challenge, your trust remained our anchor- you continued to bid and place your trust in us.
For that, we are profoundly and genuinely grateful.
From Subic Bay to Every Corner of the Philippines
What started as the first Filipino-Japanese owned auction house in Subic Bay is now the largest web-based trucks and equipment auction platform in the Philippines. But the numbers tell only part of the story. The real measure is the businesses built over more than two decades.
The logistics business owner who bid on his first dump truck at an AIA auction now runs a fleet across Luzon. The contractor in Mindanao who scaled his operations by bidding online from his office. The driver who could only have dreamed of getting his own truck found reliable, roadworthy units he could not have afforded through a traditional dealership. These are the stories that drive us.
"In the most uncertain of times, we made a commitment: to stay open, stay reliable, and stay worthy of your trust, because we know your business depends on it."
The Pillars That Have Carried Us Through 27 Years
Three commitments have defined AIA since day one and moving forward:
Every unit undergoes our rigorous multi-stage inspection: underchassis checks, engine evaluation, brake testing, and full quality control before it ever reaches the auction lineup.
From being the first to introduce Japan auction technology in the Philippines to launching the Online Live Auction+ Platform, we have always invested in making the auction experience simpler and more accessible.
Trusted by private enterprises, government agencies, and individual bidders alike, AIA has always seen itself as a partner in nation-building, not merely an auction marketplace.
No Cut, No Weld, No Bend Conversion Technology System
In 27 years, perhaps no innovation defines AIA more clearly than our proprietary Conversion Technology System. As the first and only auction company in the Philippines to implement the No Cut, No Weld, No Bend standard, we recognized early on that bringing Japan-quality trucks to Filipino roads was not just an opportunity, it was a responsibility.
Every converted unit carries brand-new, original left-hand-drive parts, manufactured specifically to fit its truck model. Our DTI-Accredited Rebuilders apply strict quality control at every step. The result: trucks that are not just affordable, but genuinely roadworthy safe for the drivers who operate them and the communities they pass through.
In Their Own Words
Hear directly from the people we serve. Here is what some of our valued bidders have shared over the years:
Mula 2019 hanggang sa ngayon kami'y patuloy pa ring kumukuha ng unit dahil ang AIA ay napakagandang pagsimulan ng negosyo tungkol sa trucking. Siguradong mas maganda kaysa sa iba dahil mula doon sa chassis, makina, cabin at body ay napakakinis talaga ng kanilang mga unit. Ang conversion nila, talagang maaasahan. Maganda ang kalidad, no cut, no weld ika nga. Kaya dapat dito tayo sa AIA.
Best quality ang AIA. Puwede siyang ilaban kasi yung quality brand new talaga, worth it! Maganda yung materyal sa conversion. Hindi nga nila binebenta kasi para lang yan sa AIA. Iba talaga sila, kaya nga pabalik-balik ako dito sa AIA.
Magagamit for a long period of time, makukuha mo 'yung investment mo. Malaki talaga ang mase-save niyo pag pupunta kayo rito kasi ung presyohan dito napakababa compared sa iba. We're satisfied, I think we'll be coming back for more.
We Are Here for You
Filipinos today are facing various challenges brought by rising costs and economic uncertainty that make businesses feel more difficult to navigate. We see it in every bidder weighing their options carefully and every inquiry we receive. Our response is still the same as it was in 1999: we are here, and we are committed to you.
AIA will continue to hold auctions five times a year — in February, April, June, September, and November, with the widest selection of Japan-quality trucks and heavy equipment in the country. Isuzu, Fuso, Hino, Komatsu, Hitachi, all your trusted brands and more, at prices set by you. And through our Online Live Auction+ Platform, you can bid from anywhere in the Philippines, from your office, your job site, or your home, without missing a single opportunity.
We are investing in our platform, in our people, and in the quality of every unit that passes through our gates because we understand that when you bid with AIA, it is not just a purchase. It is a decision for your livelihood and your family.
To all the bidders who have raised their bid books, clicked a bid, and trusted us with their business, THANK YOU. From the entire AIA family.
